Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 6, 2024. Caring and devoted father and father-in-law of Alissa Michelin and Bruce Nierenberg, Franklyn, Loren and Melissa, Sydney, Jay and Francesca, and Charles Michelin. JoAnn and Sheldon Itzkowitz, and Felice and Philip Abtan. Cherished and proud grandpa of Danielle, Josh, Corinne, Libby, Stevie Ray, Cecelia, Jordana and Joel, Justin, Jamie, Mitchell, and great-grandfather of Cooper and a new great-grandchild, to be named at a forthcoming Brit Milah. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Grace Matthews, the late John and the late Judy Michelin, and Donald Michelin. Paul was an avid and excellent skier, adventurer, and a life-long, devoted Habs fan. He built communities across Montreal, Florida, and the Rockie Mountains, sharing love with all he encountered. Some will remember him as a motorcycle rider, a charmer, an above-average golfer, and a hockey fanatic, but all will remember him as a good friend. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, October 15 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Dorshei Emet Reconstructionist Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
