Matthew Lindy

It is with deep sadness that we share the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved son, Matthew Lindy, on Saturday, August 17, 2024, of an accidental drug overdose. Adored son of Brian Lindy and Gabrielle Darling. Cherished brother of Megan Lindy. Incredible grandson of Naomi and Eric Bissell, Richard Darling, Alex Brown, and the late Jane Ledwell-Brown. Matthew will be deeply missed by his aunts and uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

Matthew was an incredibly sweet and loving soul. Though he battled chronic depression for many difficult years, his joy, big smile, and kindness touched everyone who knew him. We love him and will miss him forever.

Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Mountain View Section, Mount Royal Cemetery, 1297 ch de la Forêt, Outremont.
