It is with deep sorrow that we announce Marty’s passing on Thursday, March 13, 2025, in Boca Raton, FL, one month shy of his 91st birthday. He is survived by his soul mate and beloved wife of 67 years, Eleanor (Elly) Kaminsky. Devoted and cherished father and father-in-law of Eva-Lynn Gross, Nancy Gross, Janice Gross and Stephen Klar. Adoring Papa of Shane Goldman and Isabelle Owston, Cori Goldman and Jonah Palevsky, Devin Goldman, Drew Goldman, Nikki Goldman, Noah Klar, Abby Klar and Isaac Klar. Very proud great-grandfather of Jackson, Alexis and Nolan Goldman, Aiden and Chase Palevsky. Son of the late Sam and the late Eva Gross; and son-in-law of the late Harry and the late Ruth Kaminsky. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ernie and Maria Gross, Miriam and the late Stanley Gross; and brother-in-law of Essie and Jack Rosenthal, Penny and Irving Fransblow, Shelley and Ely Bonder. Special uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Marty was a proud practicing lawyer until very recently, but above all else, he loved and adored his family and loved spending time with them, as we did with him. We loved and adored him back.
