SCHREINER, Maria (née Feder)

Peacefully, on Sunday, June 30, 2024, in her one hundred and fourth year. Beloved wife of the late Leon. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of David Schreiner and Nicole Elmaleh. Cherished grandma of Alexandra Schreiner, Nastasia and Peter Dzuba, and Jonas Schreiner. Maria will be sadly missed by Olivier and Julien Cohen, and by all who knew and loved her. Predeceased by her siblings, Wolf and Tzila Feder, and by Nachman Feder who perished in the Holocaust. The family would like to thank the 6th floor staff of Kastner Pavilion at the Jewish Eldercare Centre. Special thanks to Maria’s caregivers for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service from paperman & Sons. 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, July 3 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
