Joseph Fox

It is with heavy hearts that Joseph’s family announces his passing on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the age of seventy-six. Beloved husband and soulmate of the late Lorna Fox for almost fifty years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Matthew Fox and Nina Enea, and the late Steven Fox. Loving Zeidi of David Fox. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Beverly Shapiro and the late Howard Shapiro, and Marion Fox; and brother-in-law of Michael and Kathi Letovsky, the late Mia and the late Mike Aronovitch. Joseph will be missed by Nina’s children, as well as by his nieces and nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Jewish General Hospital for their kindness.

Graveside service on Thursday, April 17 at 2:00 p.m., at the Young Israel of Val Royal Congregation Section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duvernay. Due to the Passover holiday, the family will be receiving visitors at Matthew’s home Thursday following burial.
