Herbert Lionel Wax Eng.

It is with great sadness that we announce Herbert’s passing on Monday, November 25, 2024. Adored and adoring husband of Maria Kubicki for forty-two years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Carla Wax Stitt and Michael Stitt, and Jordana Wax. Cherished grandfather of Eli Stitt, and Ivy  Stitt; Jake Gameroff, and Chloe Gameroff. Brother of Irwin Wax; and brother-in-law of Joseph Kubicki, Mitch Kubicki, and Dorina Kubicki. Herbie will be fondly remembered by Charlotte Rothenberg, Simon Gameroff and by his family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Cardiac and Pulmonary Units at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, November 29 at 12:00 noon. Burial at Highland View Gardens Section, Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Pointe-Claire.
