Peacefully, after a courageous battle on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, with his daughter and partner by his side. Husband of the late Helaine Shulkin. Beloved partner of Noma Zuskin. Devoted father and father-in-law of Randee Fagen and Brian Shenker. Cherished Zaidie of Halle and Jonathan. Son of the late Sam and the late Doris Fagen. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Joyce and the late Morris Greenbaum. He will be sadly missed by Zelly Zuskin and Ken Overland, his nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as by his golf buddies. Eddie loved to tell jokes, and his laughter was so contagious that it made the jokes all the more special. He was an avid exercise enthusiast to the very end and loved to be outdoors. Sincerest gratitude to Dr. Kim Ma for her exceptional care and compassion. A warm thank you to the wonderful 4th floor staff of the Palliative Care and the 7th floor staff of the Oncology Units at the Jewish General Hospital for their unwavering kindness. Heartfelt appreciation to Eddie’s caregivers for their devotion and support.
