Born in Montreal, Canada, to Lila and Joseph Dolman. Penelope is survived by her children, Amanda Kass and Ryan Hart. Mother-in-law of Jonathan Kass and Danielle Allen. Grandmother of Jayden and Jonah Kass. Penelope is also survived by her brother, Robert Dolman, and by her aunt, Rita Pearson.
Penelope studied at The Study, a private all-girls school, and then Concordia University, where she graduated with a degree in Mathematics. A proud MENSA member, she also obtained a Masters Degree later in her life in International Business Management at The Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona. An avid photographer, Penelope co-founded Hot Shot Photography in the 1980s, with an emphasis on Arabian Horses, Arizona professional sport teams, and marketing for the Phoenician Hotel. She loved dogs and was a proud supporter of the Canine Companions charity organization throughout her life.
A private funeral service took place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where she was laid to rest in her family’s plot.
