Peacefully, on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in his ninety-ninth year. Beloved husband of Mary Kriw for seventy-four years. Son of the late Shlomo and the late Gitel Blankrot. Devoted and loving father and father-in-law of Hymie and Rachel Blankrot, Doris and Avi Zilberstein. Cherished Zaidy of Keren and Mario Born, Orit Blankrot, Shani and Bryan Kelenson; Liat and Avram Levi, Yoni and Esther Zilberstein, Noah and Nicole Zilberstein, and Talia Zilberstein. Proud ‘Great-Zaidy’ of Simon, Julian, Carter, Miles, and Phoebe. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Renee and the late Adam Blankroth, the late Fela and the late David Lewinter; and brother-in-law of the late Abe and the late Kreina Munk. Most loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews and their families. He will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by his family. Nathan’s family would like to acknowledge with sincere gratitude Melanie and Victor Waknine for their devotion and compassion. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane. Shiva at Hymie and Rachel’s home.
