Shiva visits are welcome Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., continuing on Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Evening services at 7:00 pm. in Toronto at 148 Glen Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M6B 2C5. Shiva visits will conclude on Wednesday afternoon, October 2nd.

Shiva in Montreal on Tuesday: from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., at 1455 rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Apt 2208, Montreal, Quebec H3G 1L2.

Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt passed away peacefully on September 26, 2024 in Toronto, surrounded by her family.

She was born on February 24, 1930 in Montreal, to Isidore Cleman and Mollie (Katz) Cleman. Her family was her pride and joy. Goldie was the beloved and devoted wife of 70 years to Stanley Harold Ungar, who predeceased her. She was also predeceased by her brother, Fred Cleman, z’l. Goldie is survived by her son, Clifford Ungar and his wife, Sandra Ungar of Vancouver, by her son, Richard Ungar and his wife, Dayna Albert of Toronto, by her daughter, Wendy Ungar, of Toronto, by her granddaughter, Hannah Ungar, and her grandsons Rafi Ungar and Simon Ungar, by her sister, Merle Stern of Montreal, and by many nieces and nephews.

Goldie made friends with everyone she met. She will be remembered for her warmth and her generous spirit.
