Peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2024. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Pamela Segal and Jean Gallagher, Myra Segal and Sheldon Cwinn, Tony Moore and the late Lana Segal. Adoring Bubbie of Brittany Witt and Addison Ottinger, Ryan Witt and Melanie Campbell; Tanya Smith and Andre Morais; Sarah Moore, and Irena Moore. Proud great-grandmother of Autumn, Owen, Lucas, Ellie, Shayna, A.J., Markaila; and great-great-grandmother of Alara and Eliana. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Sheila Gittleman and Ivica Mic, the late Anne and the late Dave Nishmas. Berdie will be fondly remembered by Irwin and Peggy Segal, and by her nieces, nephews and family. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of 3A at LaSalle Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
