Suddenly on Friday, May 10, 2024, in his seventy-seventh year. Loyal partner of Nicole Bertrand. Beloved father of Ali Kirstein. Devoted Zaidie-BK of Ezra. Predeceased by his loving parents Harry and Alice Kirstein, and by his sisters and their spouses Jacqueline and Jack Yancovich, Carol and Normie Nulman. Cherished uncle of Andy Nulman, Stuart Nulman, Nancy and Steven Krychman; and great-uncle of Aidan, Hayes and Michelle, Hailey, and Greg. Barry will be deeply missed by Neil Hazan, and by his many dear lifelong friends. Special thanks to Dr. Patrick Lawler and his team, nurses Kristine, and Liz, and the Cardiology staff at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
