My deepest condolences to Cherie's family and friends. I had the honor of sitting on the board of directors of our court reporters' association for several years with Cherie. She was an exceptional court reporter and a passionate and generous lady. Thank you, Cherie, for your invaluable contribution to our profession. You will be missed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Cherie in Quebec city when sitting for the English exam on June 15, 1995. I was honoured to finally meet the legendary Cherie Klein. She sent me my first English job and helped me along the way. Thank you Cherie for sharing your life and work experiences, your feasts, and your beautiful brain. You woll be missed.

I got to know Cherie when we were members of B’nai Brith Women in the late 80’’s. We were members of Ha’Lilah Chapter & she was an asset to the organization. It was fun to be in the same room with her. She never hesitated to volunteer for even the most menial tasks. Condolences to her family. Marilyn Segal

I’d like to offer my sincere condolences to the Klein Family. I’m extremely saddened by Cherie’s passing. In 1991, I received a phone call from Cherie asking if I could record a video of an American deposition. When I told her I didn’t know how, she said "that’s ok I’ll teach you". Once I learned, legal depositions became part of my business. Cherie and I became friends, and formed a loose partnership together, sharing websites, including Kerrigan & Klein. (We were forced to end Kerrigan & Klein because an agency (client), complained our site was attracting more views than theirs.) The friendship grew to include my wife Louise Roy, my daughter Zoe Kerrigan and my son-in-law David Oxilia. For years, when I wasn’t available Zoe and other camera operators would cover for me. Cherie and Zoe would guide the operators through the proceedings. After David Oxilia married Zoe, David took over the deposition business and he and Cherie also formed a friendship. Cherie and I continued to phone each other often. When she found out she had cancer, we tried to talk every day. I enjoyed her company very much, we would talk about everything under the sun… nothing was off limits. We gave each other advice and would share our knowledge. Cherie was able to have lunch with us in October 2022, unfortunately after that, we only saw her briefly at her apartment door. Cherie was more than a friend, she was family.
