Doreen Madan (née Pollack)

With courage, on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, in her ninetieth year. After a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's, she was surrounded by her family in her final moments just as she had always been in her life.  Beloved wife of the late Michael Madan for sixty-five years. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Alanna and Philip Stromberg, and Fred Madan. Adoring granny and best friend of Amanda Stromberg, Ashley and Kyle Stromberg. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Jay and the late Shirley Baker, the late Janice Pollack, and the late Paul Pollack; and sister-in-law of Gerson and the late Sheila Madan. Daughter of the late Abraham and the late Esther Pollack; and daughter-in-law of the late Dave and the late Sophie Madan. Doreen will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks to the amazing staff at the Residence Willowdale for their exceptional care and compassion over the years.
