Asher Omer

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Asher Omer announces his peaceful passing on Thursday, April 17, 2025. Beloved husband of Haya for forty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Steve and Caroline Omer, Lee and Eddy Sabbah, and Corey and Kate Omer. Cherished grandfather “saba” to his loving grandchildren Ethan, Alexa, Liam, Adam, and Charlotte. Dear brother and brother-in-law to his siblings in Israel, and incredible uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Asher will be fondly remembered by his cousins, family, and friends. Special thanks to his caregivers for their unwavering support and deep human kindness, and profound gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Jewish General Hospital for their compassionate care.
