Dear Judy, Gita and Louise. It was always “Aunt Elaine” for the Schreiber kids too. We were backyard neighbors. I remember fondly the times growing up together in Saint Laurent- the birthday parties, BBQs, and celebrating milestone events together. And the one time where I completely failed as a babysitter for Louise where I fell asleep while Louise stayed up until Elaine and Leo came home and woke me up. Those were the days. Dear Guttman Family, Memories flooded in of all the great times we had on Noel Street. Elaine was our attached neighbour from the time I was 8 years old and we all moved into our new homes in a neighbourhood that had no roads, sidewalks, bus service or stores. Our families spent lots of time together and since I was the oldest of the offspring, I was the the designated babysitter. We had wonderful memories of all those times spent together in our backyards at BBQ's and just playing on the street. My deepest sympathies to the whole family for your great loss.
