Ron Chorlton - 30 days ago

My deepest sympathies to the Lepofsky Family. The Lepofsky Family were cousins of my late Mother Dot Chorlton. In my younger years our family made many trips to Ottawa to visit the many relatives in cluding the Lepofsky Goulds Smiths Coplans and many other cousins. Maybe someone in the family will remember our family. My Dad was very friendly with all the cousins. His name was Hy Chorlton. Ceil & Ron Chorlton

My heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your dear Sheila. I called her parents Aunt Pearl snd Uncle Sam, as they were dear friends of my parents, Etta and Gordon Caplan. The Lepofsky family in Ottawa, valued higher education. Uncle Sam was a graduate of McGill Law School and he wrote the letter of reference and recommendation for me to enter McGill. The entire family were special, including your Mom, your grandmother, and your Aunt Connie, who went on to become the Chief Justice of Nova Scotia. I have so many wonderful memories of your Mom and the Lepofsky family. They were role models for all of us growing up in Ottawa.
