Dear Gary and Brad, I’m so sorry for the passing of your Dad. I have amazing memories of your Dad and Mom, our get togethers in the country with our parents. Your Dad was a kind-hearted, soft-spoken man and yes, truly a gentle man. I will always remember him for his genuine, infectious laugh. Even though I hadn’t seen him for years, I will miss him a lot. I wish you my heartfelt condolences.

Dear Brad and Gary, We were all so fortunate to grow up in our little community in Quebec City and the tinier enclave of Parc Lemoine. I have the fondest memories of being in each other's homes, our parents car pooling us to elementary school and the ruckus we caused with my skipping rope in front of your house (our parents didn't see the same level of humour in it that we did). Berel and Eleanor, Norman and Annie, were part of the foundation of a wonderful, close knit shtetl that exists now only in our hearts and memories. Myra Dodick

Dear Pedvis family, Brad, Gary and Joyce, I was sad to read of the passing of Berel. His passing brings back many memories of your late grandfather Norman and late Mom, Eleanor. Memories of your weddings, trips 2-3 times a year to Quebec with my Dad, Edward I. Roll CPA, and our office, to the stores that Beril successfully expanded and ran. Berel and Joyce lived close to us in Old Montreal. We talked a few times but never were able to connect, which I regret and now I can only offer my condolences. R.I.P. Berel.
